1. Who we are

CoSign is a marketplace where DJs send tracks to other DJs, who can listen, comment and co-sign them. This policy explains what data we collect when you use CoSign and what we do with it.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, DJ name, handle and city.

Profile data: your profile photo, gallery photos, bio, and the social links you choose to share (Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Apple Music).

Content you upload: audio tracks, track notes, comments and messages you send to other DJs.

Usage data: listens, co-signs, play counts and message counts, used to run the service and enforce plan limits.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google to create your account.

3. How we use your data

To run the service: deliver tracks to recipients, display profiles, enable messaging and comments.

To enforce subscriptions and message quotas.

To compute public DJ rankings (hottest and trendy DJs) from listens and co-signs.

To send you service emails, such as sign-in links and notifications about tracks and comments.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. What is public

Your DJ name, handle, city, bio, photos, social links and ranking stats are visible to anyone visiting CoSign.

Tracks, comments and messages are visible only to the DJs involved in the exchange.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run CoSign: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and our payment provider when you subscribe. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete your profile content at any time from your settings.

You can request a copy of your data or the deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos and messages; tracks already delivered to other DJs may remain in their inbox.

7. Security

Audio files and photos are stored in private storage with access limited to the DJs concerned. Sign-in uses passwordless email links or Google, so we never store a password.
